23 GHz Signal Sources

The SC5531A is an RF source covering the frequency range of 500 kHz to 23 GHz with fast frequency switching, one Hertz tuning resolution, and low phase noise. It accepts 10 MHz, 100 MHz, and 1.6 GHz reference signals and outputs its internal 1.6 GHz reference signal that can be used to synchronize multiple SC5531A devices, greatly improving their relative phase stability. The product features fine amplitude adjustment in the range of -40 dBm to 15 dBm.
